Cat not eating when it snows???

Colin has been in all day- we have snow today- he hates it. He seems happy enough but has hardly eaten. He’s had one wet pouch and a small dish of biscuits all day. About a quarter of what he normally eats! Is there a correlation between the snow and not eating much? A couple weeks ago when we had heavy snow then, he didn’t eat much either. It’s really weird. I think it’s becaise he doesn’t want to go outside to the toilet but dh says I am being ridiculous Blush

Oh I remember Colin, hardest cat on the block!

There might be a correlation. He's eaten a bit though so don't fret :)

Haha no I’m not worried about him. Just thought it was a bit odd, wondered if anyone else’s cats do that? I think it’s because he’s supremely clever (as well as hard)

Not sure really, I know she doesn't like the snow but she has to do her business indoors. I'm slightly wary about letting her scamper outside as she pooed on the neighbour's mat recently. This involved a very stealth, ninja like approach of swiping mat and cleaning it thoroughly at the crack of dawn as I was mortified and wanted to wash away the evidence (I don't know him - I could hardly turn up and say 'hiiiiii! My cat pooed on your doorstep!!')

Sure Colin will be fine, they often go off food for a day for various reasons

My two seem to have been off their food as well. They are eating and will scoff treats but very little gone from their bowls. I gave them a sachet of whiskers as a treat last night and they wolfed it down.
