I’m off sick today and Harry is on the bed with me. I’m not sure if this a look of concern or ‘bugger off, I want the bed to myself’! I suspect the latter but I like to think he cares!

Aww he loves you. He's squinting his eyes at you.
So it's definitely not a "Get off my bed look."
What a handsome looking boy he is. Enjoy your day together. X

Toddlerteaplease · 14/03/2018 12:12

Sorry, but that is definitely a get off the bed look! Hope you feel better soon.

Mammy77 · 14/03/2018 12:16

Sorry on closer inspection of your photo.
Yes I agree. Get off HIS bed ! 🤣🤣🤣
He's Still gorgeous though. X

PinkSparklyPussyCat · 14/03/2018 12:28

Oh God I’ve just noticed my bra hanging up in the background!

I’m not sure whether he’s actually asleep now or pretending so he can think up ways to kill me!

I love you but GET OFF MOI LAND

And he's not entirely sure if you're faking it!

Want2beme · 14/03/2018 13:25

He's not pleased with this invasionHmm. He's probably had to cancel the planned get together with his buddies on HIS bedWink. Wishing you a speedy recovery Flowers

Vinorosso74 · 14/03/2018 14:03

It's likely meant he can't get the best spot on the bed. All the care you've given him, it's time he returned the favour! Get well soon.

I’ve got some sort of throat infection and I’m feeling sorry for myself so I could do with some Harry care but he’s taken to his own bed today!

He seems to be ok, although he has coughed a few times. He’s no different though, still eating, sleeping and playing and he doesn’t seem out of breath. He says hi to Tom!

Yes he probably wants you to come and look after him now. Curl up in his bed and see how he likes it.

Toddlerteaplease · 15/03/2018 10:42

The girls send love to you and Harry.

PinkSparklyPussyCat · 15/03/2018 15:22

Thanks @Toddlerteaplease and the lovely girls. He's been up for a while, looked at me as if to say are you still here and gone back to bed! I'm feeling a bit better, although my throat still feels blocked, so if he's really lucky I might be back at work tomorrow!

Well he dutifully did his rounds, and is now building up his energy to chase the nurses later :)

Glad you're feeling Dr H obviously haz skillz

PinkSparklyPussyCat · 15/03/2018 20:29

If he's lucky I'll be out of his fur tomorrow! I've eaten my first full meal since Monday night and while swallowing is still an effort I no longer want to cry. Dr H knows what hes doing!

It was my birthday on Tuesday, definitely not the present I wanted!

Thank you! We went out for a meal on Monday when I was starting to feel rough but we didn’t get to do what we planned on my birthday. We’d talked about doing the Long Walk in Windsor but I think it would have finished me off! DH took me out for lunch but I left half and refused chips and that was when he knew I was ill!

Harry (and DH) has done a good job looking after me. His next appointment is on Monday so I’ve now got that to worry about.

PinkSparklyPussyCat · 16/03/2018 10:32

He was out of luck, I’m still home! DH persuaded me to try the doctors again and I’ve got tonsillitis so I still need my Dr Harry!

OP posts:
Vinorosso74 · 16/03/2018 18:37

Oh no tonsilitis is horrible. Hope you feel better soon. A belated happy birthday too.

PinkSparklyPussyCat · 16/03/2018 19:00

Thanks! I’m on antibiotics so hopefully they’ll kick in quickly. The annoying thing is I tried to get an appointment on Wednesday, when I actually felt worse, and the receptionist wouldn’t give me one as I couldn’t tell her if I had white spots on my tonsils as they were so swollen. I’d be on day 3 of the antibiotics now if I’d got that appointment!
