Another Vidalta question

Have a cat whose Vidalta has just been increased from 15mg to 20 mg as it is not quite doing the job. I am sure we were told to give 10 mg twice a day - but not given timings as to when to give. I am just reading around the topic and most material I have read says that it is very important to give the vidalta only ONCE DAILY AT THE SAME TIME. Does anyone know what regime is the correct one - we have two 10 mg tablets to give. Thank you.

Vidalta is s slow release product designed for once daily dosing.

wierd as I swear the new vet said gold standard would be to give 10 mg
twice a day but old vet said give it at once.

You need to call vet to check really.
But if it's twice a day, then ideally you'd want to give every 12 hours, at times you can stick to daily.

OK managed to talk to vet and I must have been imagining what she said to me originally as this time she said give both pills in the morning which is what we are now doing. Thanks.
