The bedtime alarm.

As soon as I get in bed and switch of the light my bedtime alarm goes off which is the cat shouting loudly for 5 mins then he settles I'm whichever of the 5 beds he's decided to sleep in.

Any one else's cat do this? Any idea why?

I'm not sure why they do this. I think it's the little furry overlords wanting to be in control, like, I'll tell you when it's bedtime, you don't tell me. Mine hollers, slams doors, then jumps up on to her blanket on the bed next to me and proceeds to throw herself on to her back several times until she gets the attention she demands. This is a cat who spends most of her time afraid of her own shadow, yet, somehow at bedtime she rules the bloody roost
