could any experienced cat lovers out there recommend any products? i have adopted an elderly cat and want to buy a cosy house or igloo type den, warm bed for attaching to the radiator and some heated cushion pads too, and some nice toys. are the heated cushion pads safe to use and should I get a particular brand or are they all as good? thanks.

I got one recently from Aldi that my eldest girl loves It's seems well made.

Just check stitching for loose seams etc but an old cat is unlikely to be that destructive so any well made one should do the job.

How old is your pusscat? My old boy struggled with radiator beds once he got to about 14yrs. He had a lovely big pomfy dog bed and fluffy blanket in front of the radiator so he had no difficulty getting in and out and plenty of space to turn round on slightly more rickety days.

Catnip toys were always his favourite 😁.

Lazy days pet beds are brilliant, hand made and very reasonably priced. They will also custom make what you want. Kalven scratch posts. And intersand classic cat litter.

Thanks for the suggestions these are great. love the pic it looks so warm and cosy in there for the cat, that is my aim! I never thought about them having trouble to jump up or tear the beds so will get a well made one and put in front of radiator. We think he is about 12 or 13 and want to spoil and keep him snug Smile
