I am delighted that you like my new pillow so much you need to take it over. I am happy to be pushed to the edge. But for goodness sake will you just sit still. I would quite like to enjoy my new pillow without being constantly woken up by you rearranging yourself.

I know your nose is a bit out of joint because Pixie spent the evening curled up on my lap but I could have done without you insisting on giving me a face wash at 3am followed by climbing all over me, padding and pawing to get comfortable and then deciding that you wanted to kill a carrier bag.

I know I'm a terrible slave for forgetting to buy more dry food yesterday so you had to go a whole 12 hours without food. However coming in and shouting at me every hour was never going to magic some up. Although from the look on your angry little face I feel like you know that, but enjoyed the sleepless night anyway..

Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, that you have decided your beds downstairs and the sofas are the most comfortable place to sleep and you don't disturb us at night.
