6 month old kitten been sick

She has been unusually quiet for a couple of days and this morning minutes after eating her food she was sick, she has ignored food all day and has been very sleepy, she woke up a while ago and started meowing for food, I gave her a small amount which she ate about half of and has just vomited again.
DH is more knowledgeable about cats than me i prefer dogs but he is not here right now and I can't contact him.

Can anyone give me some advice?

Has she been drinking? If not I'd be worried about dehydration and would be tempted to at least give out of hours a call for advice.

If she has been drinking then I'd keep an eye on her overnight and see how she is.

Feeding rice and plain chicken little and often can be easier on a delicate stomach than cat food. Xx

Meant to add, cats are sick a lot through so it might be nothing more than a fur ball!

She has been drinking but she doesn't drink much at the best of times.

Does she go out? Is she vaccinated?

Yes she is vaccinated, she has not been outside for more than a week, the great outdoors/wind/rain/the cat from 4houses down the road terrifies her and she usually only manages about 10 minutes in the garden before racing back indoors to a nice warm spot in front of the radiator.
