My cat is judging me!

I feel my cat is judging me for leaving him at home to visit the rest of my family over Christmas. He was looked after by my lovely cat sitter and was all over me like a rash when I got home but it seems like he has now remembered that he is cross 😂😂😂

Grin I think you've got some making up to do yet!

And one more just so you are aware of the full extent of the sulking .....

Oh yes, he's cross. Very very cross. You need to seriously plead your case.

My cat has been judging me all day because her usual spot on the back of the sofa has been filled with Christmas presents I hadn't got round to putting away in their actual places.

Ski37 · 26/12/2017 18:17

I know..... even feeding him the trimmings of turkey I brought home hasn't cheered him up 😂😂😂

He's not as ardent a sulker as my old cat. When he used to come back from the cattery after his holidays he used to stalk out of his wicker carrier and sit under a chair in the corner with his back to us for an entire day. He'd only come out when offered chicken; his usual Kit e Kat would be haughtily ignored.

Yup, yours is judging you. He's waiting to see how long it takes you to feed him the goodies that are his birthright.

HarrietSchulenberg · 26/12/2017 18:22

Ooh, he's a tough cookie if he's ignoring turkey, OP. How can you up that? A live mouse stuffed inside a live bird coated with cream cheese, maybe?

Ski37 · 26/12/2017 18:30

I may have made it worse by watching 'Paul O Grady's for the love of dogs at Christmas' on catch up whilst he's in the middle of his big sulk- he prefers to believe dogs don't exist 😂

HarrietSchulenberg I'm not sure how I can beat the turkey- that was my fail safe rescue plan! He is now sat with his back to me and deliberately moves his head away when I try and talk to him 😂😂😂

He's very disappointed in you and it is hurting him far more than it is hurting you....Grin

skippykips · 26/12/2017 19:25

Wow! That is one cross cat! You have some major grovelling to do!

Ski37 · 26/12/2017 19:26

weedsnseeds1 😂 I think he had finally won as he has now buggered off outside to do 'what very big but slightly wimpy neutered tom cats do' .....and he knows I am now scared of what he may bring me..... soggy leaf, chewed leaf, wet stick.....!

He looks more hurt to me. Poor boy!.
