Old girl is asleep on my arm, I’m shattered but I can’t move can I ?

Drip feed she’s been with us 17 years so she’s at least 17+ and diagnosed with cancer recently. No oblivious pain, lots of chicken & fish.

I’m stuck here till she wants to move aren’t I?

So sorry for your Dcat's diagnosis. Seems like she's still the boss though. Would she allow you to carry her up to bed with you?Hope you get to bed eventually. One of mine is currently standing guard at the bedroom fireplace, in the hope of catching the mouse that seems to be living in there. So, if it's any consolation, i won't get much sleep either tonight. Good luck
