Any vet sure on here I can ask a quick question to?

My cat went out two nights ago and I think got herself into a fight - or at least another cat brought the fight to her. I found her yesterday feeling very sorry for herself with a messed up eye. It was puffy, weeping and she was feeling very sorry for herself.

I took her to the vet after school pick up and we came away with antibiotics, eye drops and pain relief. I'm with her now and she does look far better than she did. They eyelid is opening now so I can see the eyeball but I noticed the pupil in the bad eye is very dilated whereas the pupil in the eye that's fine was dilated quite small. Do you think this is a sign the eye ball has been damaged?

I'd ring the vet & ask them, you can't hang about with soft structures like eyes.

I hope she's ok.

Give them a ring and ask to speak to the vet you saw. She could have been given a drug that dilated the pupil or they may have noticed at the time.
