Cat Allergy

DH has a very slight allergy to cats.

Probably a thick question, but would being around 2 rather than 1 cat make it worse?

Depends. I'm allergic to one of my two. They're sisters as well!
I would assume there could be more dander about.

And, presumably, a long haired cat is more likely to cause an allergic reaction than a short haired one?
