Lethargic cat

My boy is just not right - he has no energy, not sure if he's been out today, off his food. He didn't come bounding out like he normally does and just looks miserable.

Going to call my vet to try & get him in tomorrow but any help or advice?

Try and take him today. Cats can go down hill very quickly.

Thank you - he's eaten now & moving around but not quite right. I've got an appointment first thing - the vet recommended I keep an eye and if he gets noticeably worse, get back to them. But he seems to have got noticeably better
