Any advice re gastro / liver/ pancreas issues. Our poor boy has been through everything with biopsies, tummy opened nothing confirmed. He was being sick (has stopped lately) now has constipation plus motibility issues in colon and stomach. Any vets out there can give us help??

Your poor little cat. I don't have experience of all of your cat's symptoms, but my cat, who recently died at the ripe old age of 20, had megacolon for around 7 years. The poor little thing was in and out of the vets, having to be cleaned out under sedation, put on a drip, and given enemas. It was so distressing for him and for me. I was demented with it. He would often throw up when he strained to open his bowels. It wasn't until I moved to another country where the vet told me to give him liquid paraffin every day to soften his stools, that we finally cracked the problem. I was so relieved for him and me, the poor man. Maybe if you give your cat liquid paraffin, it might help at least with one his conditions?
