Fleas

We have a lovely little indoor cat and moved house a week ago. Now kitty has fleas that definitely weren't there last week (I groom her regularly and check) so guessing they must have come from the house although no signs of them, or just from the garden as we've been constantly in and out.

I've just treated her with advocate but it'll be two days before the indorex spray arrives. I'm thinking its best to keep her in the kitchen (the only room with hard floors that I can shut her in) and Hoover/clean everywhere and hot wash bedding. Then only let her out once I've sprayed the whole house.

Does this sound right? Feel so sorry for her stuck in one room but need it sorted quickly.

I'd let her roam, they'll bite her & die.

Won't it make the problem worse?

Will hoovering be enough until the treatment arrives?

Well for her.
