7 month old kitten has blood in poo

Just cleaning litter tray and our kitten has very soft stools with bright red blood on it. She is not out of sorts; eating and lively. Should we take her to vet?

I'd suggest the vet to be safe, but could quite possibly be worms.
Is she wormed regularly?

Wormed monthy but will take her to vet I think.

Could be allergy. My Persian started getting blood in her poo and a histology test showed she was allergic to milk, wheat and beef.

Hmm could be milk as she was caught eating from DSs cereal bowl which he left on the floor. I will keep an eye today and if there's more blood take her to vet.
