Injections

Do kittens sleep off injections? My 10 week old has just had injections and has slept since she came back, so about 3 1/2 hrs. She has woken up periodically, if she hears a noise etc but is just cwtched up and dozing/sleeping.
My son took her to the vets and despite me texting him asking what the vet said, he is far too busy enjoying himself than to text me back! [Hence the post on here] I have googled it but website said it would put them off their food and may be depressed.

Both my cats would do that, don't worry. My current girl will go out first, to make sure we know that she is NOT HAPPY about the fact we've disturbed her day in such an unpleasant way, but will then come back and snooze the rest of the day away.

I'm sure she'll be back to her usual, manic self soon. Sorry!!!

She is very hard work. Only had her on Monday and when she has her moments they last all evening! I had to put her in another room at one point yesterday! Her snoozing now will be the calm before the storm later I expect!
On the other hand our 10 year old cat is not amused at the interloper! She is sulking like mad! Eating the kitten's food and glaring at it. No fur flying but some hissing! I hope that by the time I go back to work next week they will at least tolerate each other. The kitten just wants her to play!
