What a Cheek!

Thought I would sit in the garden to enjoy the sunshine. Got up to put some washing on the line and when I went back to my chair and this cheeky little bugger had nicked my seat! I wouldn't mind but he's not even my cat. He's my neighbour's cat who is best friends with my two cats but even they would not be this cheeky!

So did I shoo him off the seat - the heck I did. I did what all good cat slaves would have done and went and found myself another chair which I positioned further down the garden so as not to encroach his personal space

What a Cheek!

You've been trained very well. Hats off to your 2 for doing such good job with you.

Toddlerteaplease · 25/08/2017 17:41

You are well trained!

Fluffycloudland77 · 25/08/2017 19:00

I would have done the same. I visibly twitch if a cat needs something & its owners don't jump up straightaway.

Weedsnseeds1 · 25/08/2017 19:24

Didn't you offer him refreshments? Your cat hostess skills are sadly lacking!

Papergirl1968 · 25/08/2017 19:25

Love that disdainful expression on his face. It clearly says cats are superior, and we mere humans must remember our place Grin

Icequeen01 · 25/08/2017 20:29

Oh he has refreshments alright - he's always sneaking in to pinch my cats' food! He's not a soppy cat like my two boys, he's ........disdainful and superior and he is always most welcome as we love him 😀

He's waiting to be served a cocktail. Please make that a prawn cocktail Grin

IlPorcupinoNilSodomyEst · 25/08/2017 21:34

Oh he's gorgeous! What a face! I love a brown tabby, we had a long haired boy who was so pretty everyone thought he was a girl cat.

Icequeen01 · 25/08/2017 22:21

I think my boys look like girls too. Floofy ginger soppy boys.

I love a ginger cat, it's the only colour we haven't had over a lifetime of cats. DD wants a grey kitten now so we can call it Drizzle...

Icequeen01 · 26/08/2017 16:23

Here are my gingers Porcupino. I think they are far too pretty to be boys! I have also had a gorgeous fluffy grey cat, they are also gorgeous. I think Drizzle would be a perfect name for a grey cat.

Oh they are GORGEOUS!!! We have had black, black & white, lh tabby and now more b/b&w (mainly cos we are suckers for a hard luck story at the rescue and plain cats seem to be harder to home). I do love my handsome boys but would love a more unusual one ...

IlPorcupinoNilSodomyEst · 26/08/2017 17:00

Hmm can't seem to attach a pic from my gallery...

Weedsnseeds1 · 26/08/2017 18:04

They are like bookends! I assume they are brothers and not a serendipitously matching pair?

Want2beme · 26/08/2017 19:32

Beautiful, all 3 of them!!

Icequeen01 · 26/08/2017 20:33

Yes they are brothers. Rescue kitties 😀

Here's a photo which I have posted many times on here as it is one of my favourites. This is my neighbour's cat and my two just chilling!

I loved it when my cat had mates. The big black cat taught him how to cat.

Guiltypleasures001 · 26/08/2017 21:01

Op I love your cats but

I love your shiny floor more 😬 is it wood tile laminate?

Weedsnseeds1 · 26/08/2017 21:10

Lovely cat pileSmile
Best I could photograph would be a cat at the top of a tree with a huge, enraged, fluffed up, ball of black spite at the bottom. My boy doesn't do cats ( despite coming from a hording situation, where he presumably got on with 59 other cats), he is lord of all he surveys

Icequeen01 · 26/08/2017 21:33

What a fab expression Weeds "cat pile" 😀

Guilty - my lovely shiny floor? The only flooring in my photo was a coir mat 😀😀

Want2beme · 26/08/2017 21:47

Ice I think it's the end of his floofy tail making your floor look shiny in the pic.

Weedsnseeds1 · 26/08/2017 21:49

Poor old Will ( feral) got treed and was never seen again in my garden .
He got slack about walking into my house and helping himself to food while old girl was alive, then a few months after her death, strolled into encounter the Furminator, a huge black blob about the same size and disposition as an enraged mountain gorilla.
The woman in the village shop told me CPL trapped Will a few months ago, so hopefully he has a new life now.

Icequeen01 · 26/08/2017 21:59

My goodness, your Furminator sounds a force to be reckoned with! Have you any photos? I would love to see him. My boys are usually very welcoming to any cats that wander into the garden. They don't have a mean bone in their floofy bodies.

Weeds - I've just looked at that photo again and can see what you mean about looking although I have a shiny floor 😀

Icequeen01 · 26/08/2017 22:01

Sorry Weeds - got confused - it wasn't you who mentioned my shiny floor 😳
