Poorly cat

Hi
My tom cat is 7 years old and has always been slim and energetic.
Over the last few days he seems to have lost a little weight, been a bit maudlin and has been sick once each day for 3 days. He is still eating, but not as much. The sick is like regular cat sick/hair ball sort of thing (sorry if TMI)
Any ideas anyone? We are going to take him to the vet today.

Definitely worth getting him checked out Op. It could be so many things. One of my poor cats a few years ago was being sick a lot and lost condition and he was diagnosed as having pancreatitus. Hopefully yours will turn out less serious but I learnt it is always best to get them checked out.

We have got him in at the vet tonight so fingers crossed it's nothing serious!
