Are tulips a massive no no?

As bad as lillies I've just been given lots of bulbs and I was looking forward to planting them today hyacinths as well. I looked on the guide and it says the bulbs aren't good for cats. Is there a reason why they would start digging bulbs up? Mine aren't diggers. Is it too risky?

It's not just the bulbs, cats will often nibble on the plant when it sprouts. I don't have any bulbous plants in my garden or cut bulb flowers in the house.

Thanks I'll take them into work.

I have lilies and tulips in my garden and the cats have never shown the slightest interest in either.

I had to give in this year and dig up all my Day Lillies...Ernie did try and have a go at the leaves before I caught him. He seems to love grass shaped leaves obviously apart from the friggin cat grass, so I didnt even bother with tulips and such like
