We are bringing home two kittens tomorrow. Having lost our cats earlier this year at the grand old ages of 16 and 17 I suspect this may be something of a shock! I've got them booked in at vet for check over but I need to organise insurance. Any recommendations?

Mine are 4 months and the other a year so I hope it's not going to go up too much every year

I pay £23 a month with Petplan (I live in the South East). We claimed a fair amount last year but the premium only went up by around £1 a month.

rubbish omg! What a beauty. Rex' were on my list of "cats to get" along with a British blue. Sadly dh didn't want a cat.

We compromised and rescued catface. I've heard him say a few times in the last week that she's his fave cat.

This is her

Petplan. I've had my two uk cats insured with them since kittens (they're now 10yo). I do 'shop around' ever year at renewal time but they're still the best cover wise for me. I always take the 'for life' cover.

Aw, look at your little catface playing with her blue mousie(?) And well done her for changing DH's stance on cats!

Has anyone any experience of PDSA they seem to be half the price of petplan.

Cat face looks like my eldest cat. Such a placcid girl.

Each it totally depends on what type of policy or is, excess, for life cover, limited cover etc etc.
