Help me work Coco out!

Had Coco coming up to 2 years now. Allegedly a Siamese/Birman cross but I have my doubts (pic attached). She displays lots of Siamese traits, but in the past few days she's become really aggressive towards me. She's attacked me every day since Tuesday for no apparent reason. No health concerns, is still eating/drinking/demanding affection all the time. I just can't work her out!

Is there something/someone outside worrying her? Has she got something stuck in her paw or are her teeth hurting her? Is one of your other cats bothering her? Or is she endeavouring to become top cat?

Is she neutered?.

She's spayed and has been for about 18 months. Not an outside cat and is already very much top cat. I'm confused as to why she's showing aggression to me one minute and then shrieking at me demanding attention the next. And the strength behind a swipe of her paws/claws is quite shocking for a fairly small cat.

I'd take her to the vet - she may be in pain.
