Smelly cats

My two cats have been out in the rain and now they smell like a pair of wet socks. Im guessing zoflora is out of the question so is there any safe way to freshen them up a little?

I use a mango spray from pets at home!

Mango spray sounds lovely although I think theyd sulk if I sprayed them would spraying it onto a brush then running it through their fur work?

Have you rubbed them with towels and fluffed them up?

Mine are sulking because I wouldn't let them out. I do not want soggy Persians draped around my house!

And I can't get the paw prints they leave off the sofa

I rub mine down with a towel when he comes in wet,if I don't he goes on at me until I do

Ive towel rubbed them but my younger cats coat is quite plush and really holds the smell tempted to rub him with a tumble dryer sheet at this rate! Currently they are spreading their stink onto my sofas but they do look very cute

Oh gosh I thought mine were bad Toddler I couldnt imagine having wet Persians running around the house! Ive had to wipe their feet with some kitchen roll, theyve almost resigned themselves to having to have that done before going on the sofa!

The thought of trying to wipe their paws just made me laugh. That would be a complete no, and they've got proper floofy feet!

Mine arent too bad most of the time when they know food's coming after luckily being shorthairs its not too much of a faff!
