Help me get her through her catflap (pic included)

We are having a standoff. New microchip cat flap and she doesn't like the click sound it makes on entry.
I am sweltering with the door shut, there is a bowl of tuna the other side. ( disclaimer, she's already used it once but is now refusing!) I've put tuna just the other side too. I know she's hungry as I've been lattes and nudged

You need 2 people, 2 pairs of gardening gloves and a packet of Dreamies.
Post cat through flap with a Dreamies reward each time.
Repair to bathroom to bandage wounds

Is it one of those you can set to be used without collar too so the flap just swings like a normal one?

Could you set it that way for a few days then turn the chip but back on over time.

You can't out-stubborn a cat. You need to convince her that she isn't allowed to use the cat flap, then she'll be through it like a shot.

Prop the flap fully open with a large lump of blu-tac and entice her in with treats until she gets used to the click. Once she is coming in with the flap open start to reduce the size of the lump of blu tac/ lower it so the flap gets a bit lower every day.

She's used it unprogrammed so it doesn't click. I've propped it open. Its the ruddy click...

Although fresh cod the other day made her ignore the click. She's holding out or fresh cod isn't she?

We realised that our cat flap was too high for our cat from the garden side. Once we put a couple of bricks in front of the outside side she started going in and out with no problem.

Hera, nice try but this cat flap is in the same height place and position as the old one. She is a prize numpty cat.

Literally just been through this rigmarole myself in the last few weeks. Afraid I have no greater advice than already given re: leaving it propped open to get her used to the click.
Eventually I think she was just hungry enough to come through. She still sits and whines at us to open the door if she clocks we're around though. Lazy sow.

One of mine absolutely refuses the cat flap, she'll sit outside with the rain beating down on her head waiting for you to open the door. Then one day I was in the kitchen and she couldn't see me and she just nipped straight through! She's done it loads of times, just thinks she should get a proper door service.
