So i got this lovely cat pen made outside (see the pic in cat pen threads) because kitties don't have a lot of indoor space in the house I'm currently living in (hopefully just for a few months). They're supposed to go out via a window and onto a platform of covered mesh, then down onto a beam. They've both spent a lot of time sitting on the window ledge looking at the outside with interest, but neither will take the step too go down. Bibi is too cautious and unfortunately it seems like Zara can't understand it. The carpenter is coming back today to make more obvious and solid-looking 'steps' for them to go down. The guy has cats himself and it should theoretically be easy for a cat to manage. I have special cats.
