For the last few days I've been presented with a dead juvenile rat, left by the back door. MCat used to be a prolific hunter, but hasn't really bothered the last couple of years. Between him and Little M there's been a couple of mice and a live frog.
Am wondering if MCat's found a rat colony, and is this colony in my (tiny) courtyard!? 
Why are they left outside, and not eaten, like the mice he caught in the past? Maybe rats taste horrible? (Not that I want him bringing them inside or eating them)
