Her small batting balls etc. Its not wee. I cant remember this with the last one. Its the ones that her in her safe place (cave bed that the last one turned her nose up but this one loves) any ideas?

Our kitten tends to (for some unfathomable reason), dunk her favourite toys in her water bowl.

So she has this tiny stuffed thing which she picks up in her mouth merrily takes it to her water bowl, drops it in, sloshes it around with her paw, then removes with her mouth and plays with it and sometimes leaves on the bedroom floor for me to tread on in the middle of the night and think I've stepped on something disgusting!

It's dribble.

Mine do the dunking thing too, more so when they were kittens but still occasionally at 3 years old. The fuzzy ball that turned the water pink before being left on my bed to dry and create a further pink mess was particularly memorable Hmm

I wonder if that's what she's doing and carrying them back to bed with her. I'm on nights so she's getting on with it bless her.

Actually could that be how she's drinking?

My little guy dips his paws in the bowl and sucks his paws. She could totally be using toys like this.

Sev and the cat of our neighbour do this.
Their favourite toy gets placed right in the middle of the water bowl next to their food. Never in any of the others.

With nextdoor cat it's a plastic dowel, with ours it's an IKEA mouse (lovely to step on in the dark)

Deffo her drooling all over them!

Asbos new mousies always end up soggy with drool. Animals are grim.
