Vet's orders...

PuffinCat vommed repeatedly this morning so we took her to the vet. Vet said it was probably something she ate and gave her an injection to stop her being sick. She also said not to feed her until tomorrow morning... How are we going to do this? The moaning for food is getting annoying now and we've got another 12 hours to go. Can we really not give her anything?

Anyone? I've given her a tablespoon of kibble. She's had a little bit but still spent the entire time DH was cooking sitting by her bowl screaming to be fed...

It is sooo difficult. Your heart breaks, but you have to be strong and not give in. When this happens with my cats, I pray for bed time, so I don't have to endure their suffering.

Probably best to obey orders not that cats understand that. Get some ear plugs to drown out the meowing.
