... of cat poo in my fucking garden.

We have a stupid amount of kittens/cats appearing locally and I think half of them are shitting in my garden.

If I get a cat will it deter other cats?!

Should I put down fake grass or is that a myth too?

I need to do something, I have small children and I'm usually such a chilled person but I feel like I'm gonna lose it if I find another poo in my garden!

I've been desperate for a family pet (a rescue cat). .. and if it was my own cat fine! But it's not: what can I do?!

If it's a dominant cat, it would deter others, but still use your garden as it's own litter tray. If it's a submissive cat, you could find its too scared to go out and ends up using your house as a litter tray due to stress....

You need an feisty adult cat, one who doesn't like other cats.

Have you used any of the deterents? There is a glowing eyed cat silhouette, or citrus peel, pepper, various other things. Different ones seem to warn off different cats so you may need to try several.
