Best cat toys?

Anyone got any ideas?

Mine love "da bird" but pull it to pieces in a few minutes Shock

Are there any battery driven interactive toys that are any good? Dd and I are taking it in turns, but because the cats aren't going out in this weather (pussies!) they need occupying a lot of the time.

Grateful for any suggestions.

The inside bit of a kinder egg with something inside so it rattles.

Crinkly foil balls, or just actual balled up foil but that brings out the aggressive side in one of ours!

His lordship turns his nose up at actual cat toys.
His favourites are the plastic thing that comes on plugs, the little table thing that comes in takeaway pizzas and at the moment the lid off of a pop bottle.

Laser pen. My cat asks for it in a certain way. My Dad was cat sitting and had no idea why she was doing what she was doing. I said 'That's her way of asking for the laser pen'.

Bought my kitten the cat circuit and she could give a crap Sad

A toy big enough to wrestle with - none of these silly tiny mice. He has a Kong and a couple of fluffy cats intended as cuddly toys for kids. Laser pen although we keep losing it, and one of those plastic circles with balls in and holes to stick a paw in and bat them around.
