He's settled in so well

Constantly nuzzling and wanting cuddles

Soft as dog much and actually wags his tail when he's happy. Weird cat

Toots isn't too impressed he's here. I've made a little room for her upstairs with her litter box and everything so she doesn't have to come downstairs if she doesn't want to. When she's in the house she spends her time upstairs

He wasn't too bothered by her, he hissed to her reaction but otherwise wasn't too bothered

His biggest flaw at the moment is his claws. He clings on to you in case you put him down and they are sharp! He's currently padding away at my arm as we speak

For those who don't know his background, he's a one year old rescue picked up as a stray when a kitten

He's been in kennels all his life and has never had a home because he has IBS

I hope so.

Blue cross and PDSA do schemes too. I used a different surgery to get mine done because my usual vet wanted to wait till he was 6 months & I was desperate to get him done, his behaviour was shocking.

This is who to complain to, he's trustee of cats protection. I complain by email to companies when things go wrong & usually get either compensation or the situation resolved or both.

Im probably on a list of known nutters somewhere.

He's a lovely-looking boy. Reminds me of my lovely little fluff. So glad you gave him a home. Hopefully the two of them will settle down together once she's neutered.

😰 Blue is going to have to go back. Toots is absolutely miserable. But not just that. She managed to get into the living room with him this morning, she viciously attacked him. Poor Blue didn't stand a chance. He's too soft. He didn't fight back but the stress has triggered his IBS badly and all he's done is have violent diarrhoea and sickness since. Toots is hiding behind a set of draws up stairs, Blue is cowering in the corner, DH is covered in scratches where he had to seperate them and we are both gutted. Know we will never be able to get another cat really. Not until she pops her clogs

Yes.she will keep him there until he gets rehomed. If he ever does. But they managed to get his IBS under control so he obviously isn't stressed in the kennel.

I'm gutted. Really gutted

He's such a sweet loving cat. But that is his saving glory. If he wasn't so sweet he would have been PTS due to the severity of his condition.

I don't want him to have to start fighting his corner and discover a bad side. And the stress of it all isn't fair on him either

He hasn't touched his food this morning and yesterday he wolfed it down.

He really doesn't look happy today.
