I'm in love with PuffinCat

[Puffinity]

First time we've had some proper time off since getting PuffinCat. She always wakes us up for food in the morning (usually by walking over us), but this week she's taken to loudly miaowing a couple of hours later. We can think of no other reason for this than it being cat for 'Wake up, nownownownowmiaow!' It can be slightly annoying, but I just find it so sweet she wants us to get up. It seems to be all she wants, as soon as we're vertical she stops demanding attention . What weird, slightly annoying but ever so cute things does your cat do?

Leroy just is annoying and cute.

DH once queried why Leroy doesn't tell us when he's hungry... while Leroy was spreading his large furry lardiness across most of the kitchen floor with a pathetic attempt at hunger plastered across his face. He does it half a dozen times a day - it's cute, but christ on a furry bike does he get in the way!

Aww she looks like my mum's cat who is an adorable terror. She bites to get you to play fetch with her. Her idea of playing mainly involves jumping out at people and biting them and she climbs all over everything and everyone as she pleases. We once shut the living room door on her so that we could eat Christmas dinner in peace. She hung from the door by her claws wailing through the window at us until we let her in and then caused chaos jumping all over us as we tried to eat. She is super cute though.
My own cat is an angel by comparison but insists on watching me shower every morning. She sits on the toilet lid watching me intently the whole time I'm in there. It's a bit unnerving sometimes.

One of mine waits outside the bathroom while I am in the shower then escorts me to the bedroom with her tail in that cute question mark shape. She jumps on the bed (just where I want to sit) and squawks loudly until I give her fuss. It's adorable. The other one now follows me upstairs and marches around the bed quacking at me until I fuss her.

Toddler I love your cats! They look enormous! Are they, or is it just fluff? PuffinCat is dinky (3kg and healthy according to the vet) and we're used to her petite build she makes up for it in temperament - I imagine your cats would look positively huge in comparison :)

I still can't tell the difference between them.

DM's cat, George, has started sleeping on her bed. He lays next to her and she strokes his head and he goes to sleep with his head resting in the palm of her hand. Last night he decided to sleep on the pillow between the top her head and the headboard with his head resting on hers. When she woke up her hair was sticky where he'd dribbled!

Harry escorts me to the bathroom and sits at my feet while I'm on the loo. I've been known to sit sideways as he takes up most of the floor space!

Puffin, great name by the way. I thought it was all fluff until we went to a groomer last spring who said they were a bit fat. Vets had never mentioned it so I had t noticed. They were 3.4kg and 4.3 kg when I got them. 15 months on they are 4.3 and 4.9kg. Apparently they need to loose about 500g each. But as they don't seem to be gaining anymore. I am
Not overly concerned about it.

I once fostered a Persian who was 2.5kg and she was tiny!! Fell completely in love with her and still regret not keeping her!
