£12 and the buggers won't touch it!

Bought a tube of skin and hair supplement as one of the girls has dandruff. £12 a tube and neither of the little buggers will touch it! I've put dreemies on and mixed it with lik e lix. They will not even entertain it. Arghh!! Would it be really bad to ask for a refund?!!

I think if you totalled up how many people here had laid out hard-earned cash for an item which was roundly rejected - or for many items - it would reach a sizeable amount. Very sizeable.
