Sorry: cat poo soft

Hiya

I noticed last night that my dcat's poo was a bit soft and smelly. She also pooed again this morning, which is a bit unusual and this was a little soft as well.

She's not had a change of food, but after seeing the vet last week for her boosters she's on a diet, which she is not happy about.

Is this fairly normal? When would it become a problem?

She seems perfectly OK in herself. Apart from the poo Issue and begging for food. She doesn't have worms or fleas and like I said had a check up last week by the vet.

What is she actually eating - and drinking if she does this separately? Is there any chance she's been thieving or hunting?

if it's soft, paler than normal and very smelly, it's a liver thing (caused by not breaking down fats properly, which then go rancid and stink, apparently). Might need antibiotics. If it's not paler and smellier though, might just be the change in diet?

It's the same colour as usual, just the last bit is soft, and doesn't hold its shape. (Can't believe I'm typing this!).
She's eating Aatu and drinking water at home.
She might be hunting outside. She's presented me with a dead mouse recently. She also chases spiders.
There are a lot of pigeon feathers in the garden, I spotted them yesterday.
Like I said, she seems ok. Apart from being hungry!
