Getting cat pee smell out of the sofa

Our latest foster is a bit of a terror and decided a few days ago that our sofa was just too dry.

We've wiped, we've sprayed the fabric. Every so often I can still smell it!

Ideas?

Have you tried Bust It? It's amazing. It's for pet smells and stains but I use it on anything we spill on the sofa or carpet :)

I was told that fairy liquid and water followed by surgical spirit to disinfect was the best thing to use.
