I've had my lovely kitties for almost a week, and am completely enamoured with the furry little fluff balls. Unfortunately, not everyone around me is as enthusiastic and I feel I need to stop posting kitten pictures on fb or risk losing every friend I've got

I've just bought - and assembled after 3 hours sleep post-night shifts - a cat gym, and they love it. They've used the scratching posts, and the dangly pompom is a great hit - honestly it's better entertainment than anything on tv!

Ahh they are super cute. What are their names? I have a ginger and white called Timmy and a black called Kitkat.

Aw they're lovely, as is the baby! Maureen is the ginger one, and Margaret is the cream tabby.

Your cats are adorable. I've set up an Instagram account for my cat. Anyone who is interested (my mum, sisters, some fellow cat lovers) can follow for cat pics and I don't annoy my fb friends and regular Instagram followers with cat pictures. I've been amazed by how many other "cats" there are on Instagram now commenting and liking "her" posts. It's a bit surreal really but quite nice.

I remember assembling a cat gym (almost brought me to tears of frustration) for my ddCat, The Creature, who ignored it for a year, then just as I was about to donate the multi platformed creation to a cat shelter, she decided it was The Best Thing Ever.

She then used it until it wobbled.

Lovely. Echo your FB friends are odd - I get loads of cooing comments on the old bruiser that is BuggersMoggy and he cannot compete with that level of kittenish cuteness.

Funnily enough, Margaret was a front runner for this one. We were told he was a girl. His hairy testicles have proved otherwise!

Puppies are fab, but I do agree. Kittens do edge it in the cute and squeeeeeeeeee department. I'm crazy about the teeny weeny sticky up tails.
