Alternative to advocate

We have 4 cats, have always used advocate but it just doesn't seem to be working as well as it did and we seem to have a constant low level flea issue even with regular treatment. What does everyone else use?

Broadline? There's a new one now that lasts 3 months.

Stronghold worked for me, with cat and dogs.
