A fb question about kittens.

So on my local FB selling site someone has some kittens they want to home. They are currently 2 weeks old, but the poster says they want the potential owner to get to know them. Now apart from the obvious problems giving them away there, the bit that jumped out at me was that she said they were used to humans as they'd been handled regularly since birth. I thought that you should keep handling to a minimum when they were that young as it woukd be too stressful to kittens and mum.
(And no, as gorgeous as they are I'm not having one. Sad )

Depends what handling it is

Going in and having a little stroke as long as mum is happy is good. Gets them used to human contact. keep your visits short and do it twice a day.

Going in and picking them up all the time, showing all your friends, annoying mum and doing it for hours could be stressful
