Yes. Yes I can Grin.

Can't find my original thread (sorry), but it turns out that Leroy really is my boy and joined us on Thursday.

Poor boy was in the "overlooked cats" section with a double whammy of FIV+ and black.

Didn't see your original thread, but congratulations on Leroy! I had a black FIV+ cat named Billy when I was growing up. He was lovely.

Fluffycloudland77 · 26/06/2016 21:02

He looks very at home!

timtam23 · 26/06/2016 22:41

He's lovely, congratulations!

cozietoesie · 26/06/2016 23:35

Oh. You got him! Smile

YesItsMeIDontCare · 27/06/2016 08:13

And I wouldn't have got him if you hadn't persuaded me to call cozie, so thank you from me and Leroy.

Leroy is a fab name for a cat

cozietoesie · 27/06/2016 08:19

I'm so pleased for you both. I just had a good feeling about him.

He's a great boy. Smile

cozietoesie · 27/06/2016 08:23

PS - he's a real fluff ball isn't he? Have you tried some grooming yet to give him a hand?

Mrsraypurchase · 27/06/2016 08:23

He's owning that window cill! What a fabulous handsome boy!

YesItsMeIDontCare · 27/06/2016 08:27

I've got him one of those rubbery groomy things - bit like a zoom groom but from P@H. He loves it, but gets play bitey after a bit - I need to teach him not to do that. I've got a bristle brush and comb too, but one step at a time Grin.

He's discovered the window sill upstairs too - fab view over the gardens!

Just a short one is enough at the moment, I reckon. Enough to get him used to it.

He really looks at home in those pictures. Smile

RubbishMantra · 27/06/2016 08:54

It's lovely when things work out as they should.

And nice one Cozie, the Fairy Cat Mother. Grin

FluffyPersian · 27/06/2016 16:20

I don't know if he had his own people as a kitten, but he certainly hasn't had his own for a while.
I think he's enjoying it Grin.

Flat out. Smile

Was he in a small place at the rescue?

YesItsMeIDontCare · 27/06/2016 18:58

Tbh the rescue was really nice. Huge garden with the pens covered with trees, one side open for fresh air, not a bad size run area, upstairs, downstairs, inside bit, climbing bits. You'd be quite happy to board your cat there for a week or so.

But it's not the same as a 3 bed semi with a choice of sofas and beds and your own people. I hope Grin.

Not at all the same. Home is Home. Smile
