New kitten?

One of my gorgeous cats had to be PTS on Saturday - very suddenly and a complete shock. Sad Her sister is obviously missing her at the moment. Should I get a new kitten as a playmate for her - would that annoy her or should i leave her to recover? TBH i would love a new kitten as well. DH is not as keen. Thoughts please!

I'm sorry you lost your girl at the weekend.

How old is your remaining cat and how did she get on with the one who's gone?

Thank you. She was only 8. They weren't the best of friends i suppose but they did play together. they were sisters from the same litter.
