Said besotted DH after an evening spent coaxing the cat down from the neighbours bungalow roof. His route up there was from the pitch of our garden shed (itself accessed by climbing twelve feet up the apple tree and jumping down). He then cleared what must have been an eight- ten foot gap in a single leap, travelling two or three feet upwards, to land on the roof tiles of the bungalow. I didn't believe he could have done until I saw him gather his courage and make the return journey, aided by a bowl of Dreamies
Have I forgotten what cats can do, not having owned one for twenty years? Or have they indeed made a mistake and sent us a leopard?
