tiny kitten being sick

Hoping someone can advise....
2 new rescue kittens, had them a few days, feeding them the same as the rescue place, Royal Canin kitten bix and some Wiskas kitten wet food. The littlest one, who might only be 6 weeks old, has been sick a few times. Still eating and drinking, lively enough, not too worried yet although keeping a close eye, but I'm thinking maybe the wet food is too rich - shall I just stick to dry for now?
Apparently he had been abandoned by the side of the road - tiny little dot - beyond belief.

How many is 'a few'? And is he drinking his water and using his tray OK?

PS - eg does he have normal stools?

I would get him checked out tbh. they cab dehydrate and crash so quickly and if he was abandoned there's a good chance the mother wasn't vaccinated or nourished enough for producing sufficient milk etc. better sage than sorry. he may need a few days on a chicken and rice style diet to settle his stomach. but I'd speak to vet befire altering his diet as that could upset his tummy further. poor baby :(

Sick 3 times since Tues evening. Stools are loose and nasty. But drinking and using tray fine. And running about like a mad thing. Vet open tomorrow, so will phone them in morning and maybe take them both in for a general check.

Ours sick a lot as a kitten but later on, he was about 9 months. Anyway it was the cereals in food.

I put him on cooked chicken and he got better quickly.

Pleased to report, both kitties passed vet test with flying colours, and now eating and pooing normally. Just new home stress I think. They are bonkers and seem to enjoy kicking cat litter across the whole room.
