2 cats both have 2 pouches of wet food a day and have access to about 1/2 a small cup of Purizon biscuits daily. That's 1/2 a cup total not each.

1 of them is much smaller but is starting to get a bit porky. It's time to slim her down but I'm not sure how. I've taken the biscuits away today and will not give anymore for the foreseeable is that enough? Or a good idea?

They tend to favour the biscuits over wet food.

Forgot to mention both cats are indoor/outdoor free to roam as they please.

I have exactly this situation. I have long thought someone is feeding my fatter cat, as I haven't changed their diet in years. Mine are free roamed a.

I wouldn't take the biscuits away as they're good for their teeth, but maybe just give her less when you feed her? That's what I'm trying and I'm also toying with idea of a collar saying "Please don't feed me as I have hip dysplasia and need to lose weight" (true).
