Is Felix addictive?

My picky cat now only eats Felix pouch food. I know it's poor quality, each pouch is one spoonful of wet slush and it doesn't satisfy her. She's not big but wants 4 pouches daily plus some dry food.
But I've wasted countless other brands which she won't touch. Nor will she eat raw or cooked meat or fish.
What do they put in Felix which makes it both delectable and a rubbish food?
It's like feeding my kids exclusively on Gregg's sausage rolls.

My old cat is the same with whiskas pouches, he will eat 4 a day plus a few dozen dreamies,
Don't know if it's addictive or he's just a greedy bugger,
The only other thing he will eat is a tin of tuna

All 3 of mine are the same. They refuse to eat anything other than Felix As Food As it Looks. But they only eat one pouch eat a day - and scoff hills science plan biscuits. I've tried Applaws, all sorts - nope, noses turned up!

RCat is now refusing Felix. Only Gourmet mini pouches are good enough.

Expensive fucker. Hmm

Never buy expensive food "as a treat" - it means they will refuse everything but it! Wink

I think there is something in Felix As Good As It Looks - neither of ours are fussed about Dreamies but would kill for a sachet of Felix

My old cat preferred Felix pouches. The newer one won't touch Felix.

Mine have whatever tins I buy from the supermarket, dry food left for whenever, water, and Dreamies as treats.
They seem to be fine.
