Hot ears after boosters?

I'm assuming its just a side effect of the booster jabs, but my 1yo cat has ears that are quite warm to the touch (not usually that warm).. she seems ok otherwise, eating, drinking...etc.

Do i need to do anything other than just keep an eye on her?

Mine just had his first lot of boosters. They must have made him feel a bit rough, because he spent 2 days asleep under my bed, just coming out to eat, drink and use his tray. Day 3, he was his usual bouncy self, otherwise I'd have rung the vet.

When did she have her booster?

this morning!

My boys have occasionally been a little out of sorts right after their booster - if she's eating, drinking and otherwise as normal, I'd see how she is by tomorrow.

In the same way we can be achy and have a mild temperature after vaccinations so can cats this indicates that the immune system is responding to the vaccination which is what we want.
