Boys have been going out under loose supervision for 2 weeks. They seem to do the same route- our garden and the gardens either side. One went over the back into another garden but I think it panicked him as he hadn't done it since. Is this it or will they get more and more brave? They come back when I beep their loc8tor collars which is cool and get a little treat

IME, Most neutered cats didn't ever roam more than about 300 yards from their safe home territory boundaries (usually same as your property boundaries). Kittens seem to go further than older cats and un-neutered toms will go much further, maybe miles.

That's good to hear. Gardens are 150ft long and maybe 75 wide so maybe they're happy with three of those, I hope so. I'm still sitting out with them, they're 10 months now so a lot more sensible than when they came to me.
