Best insurance for a kitten?

She's only 9 weeks old. Is Pet Plan the one to go for or would you recommend anyone else?

I've always used tesco pet insurance and they've been really good, cheap and no problems paying up (frequently as my cat is VERY accident prone)! Hmm
