Sigh

My cat is on his way out, 16yrs old, swollen kidneys, thyroid problems, muscle wastage in the back legs. .

Just feeling sad really

Sorry to hear this, it is really hard to watch them go downhill. Is he still pottering around & getting enjoyment out of things?

You'll know when it's time for you to do the most loving thing you can. When my lovely old girl stopped enjoying being a cat, I took her to the vets. Despite her health problems (similar ) she would have a little play every day. And then her legs went one day and I couldn't let her suffer
