Best pet insurance?

Tell me about your pet insurance.
How much do you pay whats covered? excess etc?
Our cat was a rescue cat so not sure if any previous conditions etc does the cat get an exam or similar ? Or do you just complete a questionnaire?
Are some things not covered?
What happens if cat has a chronic condition diagnosed /for example thyroid problem- does insurance just cover the initial diagnosis or is subsequent treatment covered as well?

£12 a month for a young healthy cat and went to a maximum of £35 per month for a very poorly cat aged 12.

One of my cats had £2300 worth of treatment for a spinal stroke and she was referred to a specialist vet. We paid £300excess and the cheque for the rest was in the post within two weeks.

Another cat had £2,500 worth of treatment again the cheque was in the post within 10 days.

Had two cats who were ripped to shreds by a sociopathic unneutered male cat on several occasions. MoreThan paid even when I had an emergency 6am consultation for multiple stiches and shock (the out of hours consult was £100) for aforementioned bloody unneutered cat.

All of the vets saved my cat's lives. If I had had to pay...........it would have been bye bye baby.

They also listened to me sobbing my two of my cats died of old age and I cancelled the insurance. They were amazing and patient and full of empathy and one even cried with me................

You want a lifetime policy that ideal renews it's total each year. I advise looking for around £7,000 per condition for cats.
