I have a litter tray for my 2 year old cats they have been great at using it.
Recently i have noticed its unused as they go to the loo in the garden( or neighbours)!
Should I get rid of the litter tray or will there be accidents ?

It's generally a good idea to keep it. Sometimes they don't like to go out if it's raining hard or they see a strange looking cat in the garden or they just feel a bit under the weather.

If you don't have a cat flap you have to keep it.
