Wow! I've never seen a cat with that colouring or fur before. He's like a fluffy lamb! What breed is he?

He's a Devon Rex. They are described as the rock stars/clowns of the cat world. Bloody mental. Like a monkey crossed with a cat, with a bit of dog thrown in. (He plays fetch and wags his tail when happy)

A theory is, their sheepy fur was caused by radiation from the Devon tin mines.
